Huntington Residence

After a house fire, where the initial home structure was destroyed, Beth Donner Design along with the homeowners reimagined their space into a Long Island/Hampton style modern farmhouse with a bit of glamour. The first floor consisted of an open concept with the living room, dining room, kitchen and great room all on one level. The second floor is open family space as well rather than what traditionally would be closed door bedroom space. Also added to the design were traditional classic painted bookcases with large wooden beams. The furniture selected was a mix of classic and casual pieces with metallic accents combined with rich dark wood ebony -stains creating a layered yet refined feel. Also added were some large transitional eclectic furniture pieces. This home is elevated to a current look and feel with a completely different feel and flow.
